GS Series Laboratory Peristaltic Pump

Precise Flow Control up to 3250 mL/min

GS Series Laboratory Peristaltic Pump

Description

The GS Series laboratory peristaltic pumps combine high-precision speed control, intuitive touchscreen operation, and excellent dosing accuracy for demanding laboratory and industrial processes. With flow rates ranging from 0.15 μL/min to 3,250 mL/min, a speed range of 0.01 to 650 rpm, and built-in dispensing functions, the GS Series is ideal for fluid transfer, metering, sampling, and process applications requiring reliable and repeatable performance.

This laboratory peristaltic pump enables precise flow rate adjustment via pump speed control. Thanks to a resolution of up to 0.01 rpm at low speeds and a control ratio of up to 65,000:1, even the smallest flow rates can be reproduced with high accuracy.

  • Speed range from 0.01 to 650 rpm
  • Control ratio up to 65,000:1
  • Speed accuracy of ±0.1%
  • Flow rates from 0.15 μL/min to 3,250 mL/min
  • 3.5-inch color touchscreen
  • Clockwise and counterclockwise operation
  • Multiple operating modes for continuous pumping and dispensing
  • User management with three access levels
  • Lock function for touchscreen and keypad

Modern Touchscreen Operation

The combination of a 3.5-inch color touchscreen and dedicated hardware keys ensures fast and intuitive operation. All relevant operating parameters, including pump speed, runtime, and dosing settings, are displayed clearly for efficient process control. The user interface has been designed to simplify operation, even in applications with frequently changing requirements.

Operating modes are distinguished not only through dedicated menus but also by a clear color-coded interface. This allows users to identify the active operating mode at a glance and improves operational safety.

Continuous Pumping Mode (Blue)

In Continuous Mode, the pump operates at a constant speed for uninterrupted fluid transfer. The blue user interface clearly indicates continuous operation and provides an overview of key parameters such as speed and runtime.

Timed Dispensing Mode (Violet)

For recurring dispensing tasks, the Timed Mode allows users to define run time, pause time, and the number of cycles individually. The purple interface provides a clear visual distinction from continuous operation.

Improved Visibility and Process Safety

The intuitive color coding of operating modes helps reduce operator errors and enables faster recognition of pump status. This is particularly beneficial in laboratories, test benches, and automated systems where operating modes are switched frequently, enhancing both usability and process reliability.

Extensive Control and Communication Options

The GS Series offers comprehensive control and communication capabilities for seamless integration into laboratory equipment, automated systems, and industrial processes. External signals, digital communication protocols, and status outputs enable flexible operation and reliable process monitoring.

External Control

The pump can be controlled remotely using a wide range of analog, frequency-based, and digital input signals, making integration into existing control systems straightforward.

  • Start/stop input
  • Direction control (clockwise/counterclockwise)
  • 0-5 V analog input
  • 0-10 V analog input
  • 4-20 mA current input
  • 0-10 kHz frequency input
  • Relay and logic signals from 5-24 VDC

Communication Interfaces

For integration into automation and process control environments, the GS Series supports industry-standard communication protocols as well as the manufacturer's OEM communication interface.

  • RS485 communication interface
  • Modbus RTU protocol
  • Longer OEM communication protocol

Status Outputs

Real-time status signals allow external systems to monitor pump operation and respond to process events automatically.

  • Operating status
  • Pump direction
  • Speed feedback signal
  • Alarm and fault notifications

Easy Integration into Automated Systems

With its versatile control options, communication interfaces, and status outputs, the GS Series is ideally suited for integration into laboratory automation, dosing systems, test benches, and industrial process equipment. This enables centralized control, automated operation, and improved process reliability.
