Description

The dPOFLEX® high‑precision filling system enables highly accurate dispensing of micro‑volumes starting from 30 µL with an accuracy better than ± 1%. This makes the system ideal for demanding applications in laboratory, research, pharmaceutical, and analytical environments where reproducible results are essential.

Flexible use – from benchtop operation to full automation

The filling system can be operated independently as a compact benchtop unit or seamlessly integrated into semi‑automated and fully automated systems. This flexibility makes it suitable for both laboratory workstations and automated production and process environments. It is suitable for filling tubes, vials, test tubes, or small bottles and can be easily adapted to different formats and applications. Thanks to non‑contact fluid handling, it is especially well suited for sensitive or contamination‑critical media.

 

Multi‑channel control with individually configurable parameters

A central master controller enables control of up to 32 channels, with each channel individually configurable. This allows complex filling tasks to be carried out efficiently and precisely, even in parallel processes with different requirements.

User management and FDA‑compliant documentation

The system features three user access levels, an operation log, and batch reports with electronic signatures, thereby supporting compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. This ensures secure, traceable, and fully compliant documentation of all filling processes.
